Streamline your communication using creative combinations in both fast and slow ATS. You will learn to cue and transition with precision and confidence in both duet and trio formations.

MASTERING SLOW ATS
You will explore energy exercises to bring authenticity and power to your slow ATS. You will learn how to centre and connect with your sister dancers and to your music. Develop your own default combo using FCBD format. Learn how to combat ‘brain freeze’ and gain experience in performing with confidence and grace.

Come and find out for yourself what all the fuss is about on YouTube! Creative experiments in ATS using the philosophy and format of FCBD.
