Mat with Matt is now available on Saturday mornings at 10:00am as well as Thursday evenings at 7:30pm.

Sabina

Starting 7 March, Sabina presents Foundations of Oriental at 6:30pm Mondays. Sabina brings her authentic Middle Eastern dance experience to our explorations of the oriental origins of our dance form. Skills that may be introduced include sword, drum, zills, veil, double veil and baladi. Sabina will share her extensive knowledge of the historical context surrounding these elements of oriental dance in a six week intro course.

Have a look at our new specialty class – Mat with Matt; 7:30pm Thursdays; $15 per session - starts Thursday 3rd February.

A combination of Yoga, Pilates, dance training, general stretching, strengthening exercises and relaxation.

All exercises are flexible and tailored to group and individuals with sensitivity to needs and abilities.

Wear trackies or shorts, and bring a mat.
